Join us in kicking off this years’ spring skiing with a byfest - locals party during the Women's Alpine World Cup in Åre between 12-14 March, 2020. Party in an unbeatable environment, where a village feeling is combined with an urban pulse. With the mountains as it’s backdrop, Åre is equipped for a World Cup party!


Come and watch the fastest female alpine riders from all over the world LIVE as they return to Åre to fight for the podium during the Audi FIS Ski World Cup. Below is information about the different ticket types, the arena areas and the link to ticket sales. The area opens two hours before the competitions and remain open one hour after the competitions have ended.

Tickets and

Choose between entrance tickets that provide access to the stands, standing room or VIP tickets to our unique VIP areas - Bystugan (Locals) VIP or Bystugan (Locals) Lounge. Once inside the arena, there’ll be activities to suit all ages including:

Kids Corner
Kids Corner is the children's area, built with a smaller sled hill, a mini park for the younger ones and a hang for the whole family (close enough to see the competitions at the same time).

Bar Area
The Bar Area is adjacent to the Arena House and finish line where hot and cold beverages and lighter food will be served.

The VIP areas offer food and beverages of high quality from our local restaurants Bergstugan and Svartberget. A lovely environment with live bands and an easy atmosphere, this is the best location to see the competitions right outside the window. (VIP ticket required).

Product Test
In connection with the, there will be a Product Test, where Hanssons from Åre will exhibit products for testing. Don't miss out on skiing or snowboarding and take some great rides on the slopes and hang out in the arena area to watch the races.

There will be three places to buy food and cold and warm drinks at the arena.


This gives you access to the competition arena. Choose between a seat in the stands or standing room.

Bystugan (Locals) VIP
Price: SEK 895/day and includes:
Entrance to the arena areas, 3-course buffet from Bergstugan with local ingredients and inspiration from Jämtland and two glasses of locally brewed beer from Svartbergets Brewery (non-alcoholic alternatives will be available).Bystugan (Locals) VIP is located in the Arena house and will be a place for everyone. A place where the locals will feel at home with the mountains and the village as a backdrop. The competitions will be broadcasted live on a large TV screen with comfy sofas to create a pleasant atmosphere in combination with a bar hang and live music.

Bystugan (Locals) Lounge:
Price: SEK 1295/day
Bystugan Lounge will have a sporty and corporate feel with the best view of the finish line. On the 2nd floor of the National Arena and together with like-minded people, experience the Women's World Cup with a high-class VIP experience. A fantastic buffet and beverages from our supplying partners will be served in the Bystugan (Locals) VIP on the 1st floor.

Tickets can be purchased on site by Card or Swish only.

The repurchase of paid tickets is not allowed.
Refunds for ticket costs occurs if a competition is cancelled, not if the current competition is moved to another start time or day. VIP tickets are non-refundable. We offer the entire VIP package even at cancelled/relocated competitions. VIP tickets acts as an admission ticket if the contest is moved to another day.

The amount refunded is the ticket cost after deducting service fees, administrative fees and any distribution fees.
